The Moon Edition

Today, 28th November 2012, at 14:46, we welcome the Dark Moon – the full, winter moon. We also welcome poetry. Lauded poet Anne Rouse (who along with Michael Donaghy and Eva Salzman has been cited as a noted American-British contributor to contemporary British poetry) offers us her spectral new work, ‘Man Ironing’. Scottish poet Marion McCready shows us the lunar landscape of the dead in ‘Where The Dead’. New poet Sammi Gale floored editor Andrew F Giles with his assured voice – we look forward, and expect, to hear more from Sammi. This edition takes its name from his short collection of poems for NLP, ‘Moons’.
